The role
Inbound only. You’ll be the first person brand founders chat with when they reach out to us. Your job is to respond quickly, understand what they need, and book them into an intro call with our team.
No cold calling. No field work. You’ll get scripts, a playbook, and full training.
What you’ll do
- Respond to inbound leads on WhatsApp & Instagram
- Ask the right questions to understand the lead’s business and needs
- Book qualified leads into intro calls
- Follow up with leads who go quiet
- Send reminders to leads before their scheduled calls
- Keep the CRM updated after every conversation
Where this goes
This role grows into a Setter position, with a raise, where you’ll qualify leads more deeply, handle objections, and own the pipeline before it reaches our closer.
You’ll do well here if you
- Write clearly in English
- Reply fast and stay consistent, even when the work gets repetitive
- Can work independently without someone checking on you
- Follow a process and take feedback well
- Are curious about people and businesses
- Have 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or inside sales (freshers welcome)
Requirements
- A smartphone and a laptop
- A stable internet connection
- Availability during working hours: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM

- Have worked with an agency, D2C brand, or startup
- Are interested in branding, marketing, or design
What you get
- Fixed salary: ₹18,000-₹25,000 per month
