One Day Crew is an independent creative crew working across branding, film, photography, social media, websites, campaigns, PR and performance marketing.

We're growing our client base and looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive who knows how to turn conversations into clients and opportunities into revenue.

? WHAT YOU'LL DO

↗ Identify and approach potential clients, startups and established businesses.

↗ Pitch ODC's creative, digital and marketing services to business owners and decision-makers.

↗ Generate leads, build a sales pipeline and independently source current business.

↗ Understand client requirements, coordinate proposals and negotiate commercial terms.

↗ Follow up with prospects, close deals and build long-term client relationships.

↗ Work closely with our creative and technical teams to turn client requirements into successful projects.

? WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development or client acquisition.
- Experience selling digital marketing, branding, advertising, website development or other creative agency services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and deal-closing skills.




- Someone comfortable with cold outreach, networking, prospecting and building relationships from scratch.
- A self-driven professional who takes ownership of targets and revenue.

We're looking for someone who can close deals, not just generate leads.

? HOW THE ROLE WORKS

We'll provide 1–2 initial leads to help you get started. From there, you'll take ownership of identifying prospects, generating your own leads, managing the sales pipeline and closing new clients.
