Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Executives who can identify potential clients, generate business leads, and help the company acquire new projects.

This is a commission-based opportunity, ideal for individuals who have strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to approach businesses and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential businesses that need website development, software development, and IT solutions.
- Generate leads through direct visits, calls, social media, networking, and other channels.
- Understand customer requirements and explain our services effectively.
- Schedule client meetings and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert potential leads into confirmed projects.




- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to approach and interact with business owners.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Confidence in negotiating and converting leads.

Compensation & Commission Structure
