About Agathen Learning

Agathen Learning is a professional education organisation offering career-oriented programmes such as ACCA, CFA and CMA. We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our institutional partnerships, build relationships and drive student enrolments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new coaching institutes, colleges and educational institutions as channel partners.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective partners.

Conduct college seminars, career awareness sessions and promotional activities.

Generate business opportunities through institutional visits, meetings and networking.

Promote ACCA, CFA, CMA and other professional education programmes.

Drive student enquiries, follow-ups and enrolments through partner institutions.

Conduct regular meetings with college authorities, principals, HODs and decision-makers.

Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to execute business development strategies.





Achieve monthly partnership and student enrolment targets.

Explore new markets and opportunities to expand Agathen Learning's presence.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Robust presentation, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Confidence in conducting seminars and institutional meetings.

Good convincing and networking skills.

Willingness to travel for college visits and business meetings.

Target-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.

Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.
