1. Position Summary The Senior BDA/ BDA is responsible for driving sales growth by managing high-quality leads, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication, conversion skills, and the ability to handle client relationships independently.

- Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage assigned leads efficiently
- Connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings
- Explain company products/services and address client queries
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales
- Close deals and contribute directly to revenue generation
- Maintain and update lead and customer records in the system
- Achieve individual sales targets and performance goals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth sales execution

- Advanced Responsibilities

- Handle high-value or priority leads independently
- Improve conversion rates through effective communication and follow-ups




- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences
- Support junior team members in handling leads and improving performance

4. Decision-Making & Ownership

- Prioritize leads based on potential value and conversion probability
- Make decisions on follow-up strategies and client engagement approach
- Independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned leads
- Contribute insights to improve sales strategies and processes

- Preferred Skills & Requirements

- Proactiveness in participating in offline campaigns and engaging with clients is
- preferred
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure targets
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales or business development is preferred
