WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with solid expertise in enterprise business process transformation, workflow automation, AI-driven solutions, and global stakeholder management.

Position: Business Analyst

Experience: 4–7 Years

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and validate complex business requirements.
- Design, optimize, and scale end-to-end business processes across multiple regions.
- Translate complex business operations into streamlined and automated workflows using enterprise workflow platforms.
- Prepare and maintain detailed BRDs, FRDs, NFRs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.
- Work on cross-platform integrations and API-driven workflows.
- Coordinate with global stakeholders across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- Drive business process standardization and operational excellence through modern workflow tools and AI capabilities.
- Develop global testing strategies, coordinate UAT, manage defect triaging, and support production releases.
- Collaborate with technical and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements.

Mandatory Skills:





- 4–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, elicitation, and documentation.
- Hands-on experience with BRD, FRD, NFR, and functional specifications.
- Experience in enterprise workflow platforms and business process optimization.
- Understanding of API integrations and cross-platform workflows.
- Experience in stakeholder management and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience in UAT, test planning, and defect management.
- Exposure to AI/GenAI-driven business solutions or enterprise transformation projects.

Good to Have:

- Experience in Power BI, workforce KPIs, and people analytics.
- Knowledge of UML diagrams, process flows, wireframes, and mockups.
- Change management, user training, and onboarding experience.
- Vendor coordination and SLA management.
- Experience working with global teams across multiple geographies.
