About the role

We are looking for someone who can bring new brand business to our influencer marketing agency. You will research potential clients, reach the right decision-makers, pitch relevant influencer marketing services and turn qualified conversations into paid campaigns.

What you will do

- Find brands that could benefit from influencer marketing, creator collaborations and campaign services.
- Identify and contact relevant people, including founders, marketing managers, brand managers and influencer marketing teams.
- Run professional outreach through email, LinkedIn and calls, with consistent follow-ups.
- Understand each brand’s objectives, audience, campaign requirements, timelines and budget.
- Arrange discovery calls and meetings, and coordinate tailored proposals with our team.
- Negotiate commercials within agreed guidelines, handle objections and close new business.
- Maintain a clear lead pipeline in our CRM or spreadsheets, recording conversations and next steps.




- Hand over confirmed briefs and commitments to the campaign execution team, and build relationships for repeat business.

What we are looking for

- Clear written and verbal communication, confidence in client conversations and strong follow-through.
- Ability to research brands and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Comfort with outreach, prospecting, negotiation and working towards agreed sales targets.
- Interest in influencer marketing and the creator economy.
- Sales, business development, brand partnerships or agency experience is welcome.
- Ability to work on-site at our Greater Noida office.

Compensation

Fixed monthly salary plus attractive performance-based sales incentives. Salary and the incentive structure will be discussed during the interview and agreed in writing before joining.

You will work directly with our team on real brand opportunities and active creator-brand campaigns in a supportive work environment.
