Role Description The BPO Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment for customer support and related roles within the organization’s business process outsourcing (BPO) operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates from various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating further interview rounds, and supporting hiring managers in selection decisions. The recruiter will also handle offer negotiation within defined guidelines, maintain recruitment databases and reports, and ensure a positive and inclusive candidate experience.





Additional tasks include collaborating with HR on onboarding, helping refine job descriptions, and aligning hiring practices with company policies and legal requirements. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting telephonic or video interviews for BPO or customer service roles.
- Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including coordination with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, and tracking pipelines.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to engage candidates and align expectations with organizational needs.
- Basic understanding of HR practices, employment regulations, and ethical recruitment standards in the Indian context.
- Comfort working with recruitment tools, job portals, and spreadsheets or HR databases to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Prior experience in BPO, call center, or high-volume hiring environments is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, handle multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet defined hiring targets and timelines.
