Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal, responsible for overseeing daily branch operations and ensuring smooth service delivery to clients. This position manages a local team, assigns responsibilities, monitors performance, and supports staff development.

Manager handles client relationships, coordinates consulting engagements, and ensures that staffing, financial strategy, and operational services are delivered according to company standards. The role includes tracking branch metrics, preparing regular reports, managing budgets, and implementing process improvements to meet growth and profitability targets.

Qualifications

- Solid understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, and basic financial analysis to support branch performance and growth.
- Effective organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic business software; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
