Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in kottayam. The role involves overseeing day-to-day branch operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

The Branch

Manager will lead and motivate branch staff, set sales and collection targets, monitor performance, and support team members through coaching and guidance.

Responsibilities include driving growth in the gold loan portfolio, managing risk and credit processes, handling escalated customer issues, and maintaining accurate records and reports for management review.



The role also requires building strong relationships with local customers and communities, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to continuous improvement in branch processes and performance.

- Candidates should possess strong branch operations and business management skills, including experience in overseeing daily activities, process adherence, and performance monitoring.
