Role Description: This full-time, on-site Biology–Chemistry Teacher (High School) role is based in Gajularamaram, Hyderabad. The teacher will design and deliver engaging lessons in Biology and Chemistry aligned with the HIGH school curriculum and learning objectives. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom instruction, guiding practical experiments, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback.

The role also involves maintaining classroom discipline, collaborating with colleagues on academic planning, supporting extracurricular learning activities, and communicating regularly with parents and guardians about student progress.



The teacher is expected to uphold school policies, participate in staff meetings, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications

- Robust lesson planning skills and experience structuring content for high school learners.
- Subject expertise in Biology and Chemistry, with the ability to connect concepts across science disciplines; familiarity with basic Physics is an advantage.
- Demonstrated teaching skills, including classroom management, student assessment, and differentiated instruction.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with students, families, and colleagues.
- Master’s degree in science, Education, or a related field; specialised training in Biology or Chemistry is preferred.
- Prior experience teaching at the high school level, particularly in CBSE, ICSE, or state board curricula, is beneficial.
- Ability to use educational technology and laboratory equipment safely and effectively.
