Role Description The Billing Engineer (On Site) role is a full-time position based in Kolhapur. The role involves preparing and verifying bills for construction projects, coordinating with site engineers and contractors, and ensuring accurate measurement and documentation of work completed.

The Billing

Engineer will manage BOQ-related activities, perform rate analysis, and support quantity surveying to validate costs and quantities. Daily tasks include maintaining billing records, reconciling vendor and client bills, monitoring project progress for billing milestones, and assisting with reports for management and clients.



The role requires close collaboration with project teams in office to ensure timely and accurate billing aligned with contract terms and project specifications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying to ensure accurate measurement and documentation.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and experience with Billing Systems to manage and verify project bills effectively.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Rate Analysis to evaluate and validate project costs and pricing.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with construction materials, methods, and standards, especially in residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience as a Billing Engineer or in construction billing and quantity surveying will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Kolhapur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage deadlines efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel and relevant billing or ERP software.
