Role Description The Business Development Associate (BDA) is a full-time, in office role based in the Greater Chennai Area. The BDA will identify and qualify prospective students and institutional partners, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and explain Codevx’s programs and services clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and meeting or exceeding enrollment and partnership targets. The role also involves coordinating with marketing and operations teams, gathering feedback from prospects and clients, and contributing to strategies that increase student engagement and program reach. The BDA is expected to represent Codevx professionally at events, workshops, and presentations as needed.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
- Candidates should possess sales and business development skills, such as lead generation, negotiation, closing, and basic pipeline management.
- Candidates should possess customer-focused skills, including consultative selling, understanding student and partner needs, and providing accurate guidance on programs and outcomes.
- Candidates should possess organizational and analytical skills, including time management, use of CRM or similar tools, and the ability to track performance against targets.
- Candidates should possess basic digital proficiency, with comfort using online meeting platforms, spreadsheets, presentation tools, and social media for outreach.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field are preferred, along with prior experience in EdTech, training, or student counseling as an added advantage.
- Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in education, career development, and supporting students in building practical, industry-ready skills.
