Role Description The BD Growth and Content Executive role is a full time, remote position responsible for driving business development initiatives while creating impactful content aligned with Skillofy_AI’s brand and growth goals. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and nurturing leads, supporting partnerships, and contributing to campaigns that expand our learner and corporate client base. The role involves planning and producing web and social content, collaborating with marketing and product teams on content strategies,



and tailoring messaging for different audience segments.

The executive will monitor performance metrics, optimize communication across channels, and ensure that all materials reflect our mission of empowering future-ready professionals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Candidates should possess Web Content Writing and Writing skills for creating compelling, audience-specific digital content.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills to manage and grow presence across platforms and support lead generation.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and optimize content for brand awareness and conversion.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in business development, lead generation, or growth roles within edtech or SaaS.
- Candidates should demonstrate proficiency with basic marketing and analytics tools (e.g., CRM systems, social media dashboards, Google Analytics).
- Candidates should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred; familiarity with AI, tech, or education domains is an advantage.
