Role Description The Back Office Executive will handle daily office operations, including data entry, documentation, record management, and processing of finance-related transactions.

Responsibilities include maintaining customer files, preparing reports, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accuracy in all back-office activities. The role also involves basic support to sales and finance functions, such as tracking applications, updating status reports, and responding to internal queries. This is a full time, on-site role based in Rajkot,



requiring regular coordination with branch staff and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Back Office Operations and Office Operations to manage documentation, data entry, and workflow efficiently.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and support customer-related processes.
- Candidates should possess basic Sales support skills to assist in tracking and maintaining records related to business acquisition.
- Candidates should possess foundational Finance skills to understand loan files, payment schedules, and related documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting or ERP software is beneficial.
