Agileology is looking for a driven, target-oriented sales professional to join our growing team as an Associate Sales Manager – Inside Sales.

This is an exciting prospect for an ambitious sales professional who can lead from the front, achieve individual revenue targets, and drive team performance.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience leading inside sales teams in the EdTech, online education or upskilling industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive individual sales targets while leading and motivating a team of 5–6 inside sales executives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead engagement and counselling to conversion and enrolment.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly sales performance against individual and team targets.
- Coach, mentor and support team members to improve their sales productivity and conversion rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, sales huddles and pipeline discussions.
- Ensure effective lead management, follow-ups and CRM discipline.
- Develop strategies to improve lead-to-enrolment conversion and overall team revenue.
- Handle customer objections, support complex sales closures and ensure a positive student experience.
- Work closely with management to achieve business revenue objectives.





Eligibility & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / Business Development.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in leading or managing an inside sales team.
- Prior experience in EdTech, online education or selling upskilling courses is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling, lead conversion and sales pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and team management skills.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving individual and team sales targets.
