Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for a strategic and high-performing leader to join our team as an Area Sales Manager (Associate Vice President grade) for our Credit Cards (Existing to Bank - ETB Customers) portfolio in Gujarat.

Location: Ahmedabad (Base)

Job Grade: Associate Vice President (AVP)

Segment: Credit Cards – Existing to Bank (ETB)

Experience Required: Minimum 7 years of core experience in Credit Cards

What You Will Do

- Drive ETB portfolio growth: Lead the cross-sell and up-sell strategy of premium credit cards to Kotak's existing banking customers across Gujarat.
- Achieve sales targets: Own and exceed the regional acquisition, activation, and fee revenue targets.
- Lead dynamic teams: Manage, mentor, and upscale a high-performing team of sales managers and executives across the zone.
- Ensure compliance: Maintain absolute adherence to internal banking guidelines, credit policy, and RBI compliance metrics.

What We Are Looking For





- A minimum of 7 years of proven sales experience specifically within the Credit Cards industry.
- Solid understanding of retail banking structures and cross-selling dynamics to existing account holders.
- Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of managing large, distributed sales teams.
- Deep geographical and market knowledge of Ahmedabad and the wider Gujarat region.
- Excellent analytical abilities, communication skills, and stakeholder management.
