Critical Tasks

- Strategy:
- Plan and prioritize maintenance activities in alignment with production targets and plant schedules.
- Identify critical equipment and prepare preventive maintenance strategies accordingly.
- Execution:
- Supervise maintenance tasks, monitor equipment health, and coordinate quick breakdown resolutions.
- Implement preventive and predictive maintenance measures to minimize downtime.
- Allocate manpower, tools, and materials effectively for maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate shutdowns, overhauls, and major repairs within area of responsibility.

3 . Governance

- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdown reports, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, maintenance SOPs, and statutory norms.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs within assigned budgets.
- People
- Lead, guide, and develop maintenance teams within the area.




- Conduct toolbox talks (TBT) and promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Act as a point of contact between mechanical maintenance and other departments for area-specific issues.

5 .Technology

- Use SAP/ERP systems for job tracking, material requests, and data logging.
- Monitor equipment performance trends and share insights for continuous improvement.

Required Required Educational Background and Work Experience Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Work Experience: 10-15 years of Work Experience in the related field.
