Key Responsibilities

- Perform aircraft mechanical assembly, installation, and integration activities.
- Handle installation, removal, and replacement of LRUs (Line Replaceable Units).
- Work on aircraft hydraulic systems, including hydraulic lines, fittings, actuators, and components.
- Perform installation and maintenance activities related to ECS (Environmental Control System).
- Work on EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) system components, wherever applicable.
- Perform aircraft plumbing activities, including pipe routing, tube bending, fitting, and connections.
- Carry out drilling, riveting, fastening, and structural component assembly.
- Support RFT (Ready for Test) activities and aircraft functional testing.
- Perform mechanical inspections, alignment, fitment, and clearance checks.
- Identify defects, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support rectification activities.
- Follow aircraft maintenance procedures, engineering drawings, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Maintain inspection records, test reports, and technical documentation.
