Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Consultant to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI solutions that transform business processes. You will specialize in leveraging Slack AI and its integration with Salesforce to automate critical Sales, Marketing, and Go-to-Market (GTM) workflows. You will work closely with global Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams to deliver measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement solutions using Slack AI to automate and enhance business processes, such as lead enrichment, account research, personalized outreach, meeting preparation, and CRM updates.
- Develop and manage robust integrations between Slack AI and Salesforce, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
- Build and maintain custom workflows and applications within the Slack platform to meet specific business needs.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, and document the architecture and runbooks for handover.
- Establish evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop approvals for high-impact automated actions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation using AI.

Required Skills

- 4+ years of software engineering or consulting experience,



including 2+ years building solutions with a focus on business process automation.
- Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including a strong understanding of its data model, APIs, and integration capabilities.

Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is highly desirable.

- Demonstrated experience with Slack, including its API, and a deep understanding of how to build and customize Slack workflows.
- Proven ability to integrate enterprise applications, with a strong preference for experience integrating with GTM systems such as Salesforce, People AI, Marketo, and Gainsight.
- Understanding of Sales and Marketing processes, including the lead lifecycle, pipeline management, and campaign operations.
- Strong Python skills and experience with modern development practices.
- Excellent communication skills for working with global stakeholders.

Positive to Have

- Experience with other AI and automation technologies.
- Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience.
- Salesforce or Slack certifications.
