About Proppr

Proppr is a real estate advisory firm focused on Gurgaon residential real estate. We help buyers, sellers, and investors make better property decisions through research, market knowledge, and transparent advisory.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to help us maintain accurate property, lead, and client information across our internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter, update, and maintain property listings, client details, buyer requirements, seller mandates, and lead information in CRM/sheets.

- Ensure all data is accurate, clean, complete, and properly formatted.

- Regularly verify property details such as project name, sector, size, price, floor, availability, possession status, seller details, and contact information.

- Maintain buyer and seller databases in an organised manner.

- Remove duplicates and correct errors in CRM and Google Sheets.





- Coordinate with sales/advisory team members to collect missing information.

- Prepare straightforward daily/weekly reports as required.

- Support the team with basic admin, documentation, and backend operational tasks.

Keep all client and company data confidential.
