We are seeking a Solution Architect - Salesforce FSL to lead the architectural vision and technical evolution of our Job Center solution for a major Oil and Gas services company.

This role is pivotal in supporting both the sustainment of current operations and the transformation to a future-state platform, ensuring stability, scalability and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design and evolution of solution architecture on the Salesforce platform to support current and future transformation goals
- Develop high-level technical designs for new features and enhancements with a focus on scalability, performance and reliability
- Ensure all solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, governor limits and security standards
- Conduct architecture reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to lead engineers and development teams
- Define the technical roadmap for the JobCenter solution, identifying opportunities for refactoring and improvement
- Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to translate functional requirements into robust and sustainable technical designs




- Manage the transition from the current system to the transformed solution, supporting both legacy and new components in parallel
- Provide ongoing sustainment and operational support for the existing JobCenter solution to ensure stability and reliability

Requirements :

- 10 to 15 years of overall experience in technology roles
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including data model, security model and development capabilities such as Apex and LWC
- Proven experience in Solution Architecture with a track record of designing large-scale complex Salesforce solutions
- Ability to think strategically and make architectural decisions that balance short-term needs with long-term objectives
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

Nice to have

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps concepts and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with FieldFX and Salesforce Field Service
- Experience in a sustainment or operations environment
