CEG CS EIS (Enterprise Incentive Servicing) is building a high-impact AI, Automation & Data team focused on simplifying, standardizing, and transforming CEG (Human Resources) business processes through Artificial Intelligence, data-driven insights, and modern automation technologies. This team is responsible for identifying opportunities, enabling business transformation, and delivering solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance colleague productivity, and create better customer outcomes. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field. - 6+ years of overall experience in Automation, Data Analytics, Technology, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines. 1-2 years of experience in AI Enabled automation. - 2+ years of experience leading teams, projects, or transformation initiatives. - Strong proficiency in Python and hands-on experience developing automation and AI-enabled solutions. - Hands-on Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Generative AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent technologies.- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, workflow orchestration, and automation platforms. - Hands-on Experience in Python, SQL, data management, data enablement, and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau and Power BI. - Demonstrated experience conducting solution architecture reviews, technical design reviews, and code reviews. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
