Key Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development

- Design and develop Service Catalog items , workflows, flows, and UI policies

- Build and enhance solutions in ITSM (Incident, Change, Request, Problem) and CSM modules :

- Implement reusable components and optimize platform performance

Catalog & Workflow Expertise

- Develop dynamic catalog forms with client-specific logic
- Configure approval workflows, Flow Designer, and automation rules

Integration & Data Handling

- Develop and manage integrations using APIs :

- Handle data transformation, mapping, and validation

Platform Customization

- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts :

- Customize Portals / UI Builder components :

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Collaboration & Delivery

- Work with cross-functional teams :

- Participate in design discussions and solution reviews

- Support UAT, deployment, and post-production fixes





Required Skills & Competencies

Core Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in:

- Service Catalog development :

- ITSM and CSM modules

- Solid scripting skills:

- JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)

- Glide APIs

- Experience in:

- Flow Designer

- REST API integrations

Platform Knowledge

- Good understanding of:

- Role-based access & entitlements

- ServiceNow architecture & performance optimization

Certifications (mandatory)

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

- At least one of:

- Certified Application Developer (CAD)

- CSM or ITSM Implementation Specialist

Good to Have

- Exposure to AI capabilities in ServiceNow (e.g., Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, GenAI features)

- Experience in automation-first design approaches :

- Knowledge of enterprise service portals or UI Builder :

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery models :

- Experience working in multi-client or shared platform environments preferred
