The position acts as a key link between candidates, employees, hiring managers, consultants, and various internal stakeholders.Your tasksManaging the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.Facilitating employee onboarding, documentation, medical examinations,



and joining formalities.Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.Supporting background verification and employee lifecycle activities.Coordinating with consultants, vendors, and hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements.Administering employee insurance and other HR operational processes.Ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.RequirementsMBA/PGDM in Human Resources.3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.Good understanding of onboarding, employee records management, and HR compliance.Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.What we offer youJoin a global brand with Swiss roots and a reputation for innovation and quality.
