- Translate complex SaaS workflows into clear, engaging motion-led stories
- Own end-to-end production of product explainers, launches, and brand videos
- Elevate product understanding through high-quality animation and storytelling

2. Multi-Channel Creative Execution (30%)

- Create motion assets for web, social, ads, events, and sales enablement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Brand, and Content teams
- Ensure consistency across all motion outputs aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and timelines

3. Craft Excellence & Innovation (20%)

- Push the bar on heavy animation work beyond basic transitions or text motion
- Bring strong pacing,
