Job Description :Key ResponsibilitiesExperience: 5-10CTC OpenLocation: MumbaiInvoicing:

- Process invoices in Oracle Cloud
- Invoice validation which consists of verifying that Optical Character Recognition (OCR) software correctly identified key invoice information including but not limited to invoice number, invoice date, vendor name, invoice amount, etc. and manual invoice processing
- Recording of month end entries through sub-ledger
- May upload automated invoices into financial system
- May support key customers on processing invoices and payments
- May process international invoices for payment through Oracle
- Calculation of taxes like GST and WHT(TDS)




- Answers invoicing questionsReconciliation:
- May complete reconciliation processes for invoice payment
- May reconcile the invoices, payments and BRSFinancial Analysis:
- May gather and analyze past due balances from vendor statementsFinancial Reporting:
- May provide all the backups during audits, assessments or any other requirementsSystems:
- Oracle Cloud

- Power BIResponsibilities:
- Reports out invoice processing progress weekly to Supervisor
- Responsible for error free processing of invoices
- Co-ordination with team members
- Participation and work were needed on a global shared services team
- Supports continuous improvement efforts and the change management effects associated with the implementation of improvement processes
