? Company profile: Asset Management & Multi-Family Office

? Location: Powai / BKC, Mumbai

? Salary: ₹30–50 LPA

? Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM

? Working Days: Monday–Friday (Office) | Saturday (WFH)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the listed equity investment strategy across PMS and RIA platforms.

• Build and manage a high-conviction small-cap portfolio focused on superior risk-adjusted returns.

• Conduct in-depth fundamental research, financial modelling, valuation and sector analysis.

• Drive portfolio allocation, performance monitoring and risk management.

• Engage with company management, HNIs, family offices and institutional investors.

• Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and investment mandates.

Candidate Requirements:

✅ CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.

✅ 5–10 years of experience in PMS,



AIF, mutual funds or investment management, with a strong small-cap focus.

✅ Prior experience as a Fund Manager with a PMS fund house is essential.

✅ Proven track record of independently managing ₹400 Cr or more in AUM.

✅ Demonstrated benchmark outperformance, ideally supported by audited performance records.

✅ Robust expertise in Indian capital markets, valuation, portfolio construction and risk management.

✅ Established industry network and impeccable regulatory compliance record.
