Role Overview The XSEED Leader for Classes IV-V will head the Upper Primary segment as Academic Coordinator, ensuring effective implementation of the XSEED methodology aligned with CBSE, NEP 2020, NCF-SE 2023, and the SPHS student-centric framework. Key Responsibilities Lead and monitor XSEED lesson plan implementation across Classes IV-V. Conduct classroom observations and mentor teachers for high-quality instructional practices. Oversee academic planning, documentation, written work standards, and assessments. Analyse student performance data and plan remedial/enrichment interventions. Drive competency-based learning, reading culture, and concept clarity. Coordinate with parents and management on academic progress. Organise teacher training and ensure academic excellence across the segment. Core Competencies Strong pedagogical command (Upper Primary). Expertise in XSEED methodology. Instructional leadership and mentoring ability. Data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
