Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with international clients professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective overseas customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and business proposals to drive conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, call activities, and lead status in CRM software.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requirements and concerns.
- Achieve assigned sales, lead generation, and customer engagement targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in international markets.
- Represent the company professionally while communicating with global clients.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Clear and professional voice with strong listening abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation,



and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with international customers and stakeholders.
- Good problem-solving and customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (Zoho CRM experience preferred).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced workplace.
- Flexibility to work in rotational or night shifts, if required.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in International Voice Process, International Sales, Telecalling, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience handling clients from UAE, Australia, Europe, Southeast Asia, or other international markets will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude may also apply.
- Professional communication etiquette and a positive, customer-focused approach are essential.
