Flax Healthy Living is a fast-growing healthy food brand with multiple outlets across Mumbai and Bangalore, serving fresh salads, super bowls, wraps, sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, and healthy meals. We partner with corporates to provide nutritious meal solutions, employee wellness programs, office catering, and bulk food orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new corporate leads and convert them into long-term business accounts.
- Meet HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility teams to introduce Flax's corporate meal solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients.
- Pitch employee meal plans, office catering, corporate events, wellness programs, and bulk food orders.
- Conduct client meetings, food tastings, and presentations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.
- Identify current business opportunities and market trends.




- Follow up on inquiries and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Catering Sales, or Hospitality Sales.
- Experience in F&B;, food delivery, catering, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel across Mumbai for client meetings.
