Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing unit to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory; liaise with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and company policies within the unit.
- Generate quotations for clients and ensure accuracy in pricing and specifications.
- Verify production sheets and generate MTO (Material Take-Off) through the software.
- Coordinate with suppliers to order glasses and other materials required for windows.
- Handle dispatch operations for different orders, ensuring timely delivery.
Requirements-
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in administration and operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP/software systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
