As a Senior Brand Manager on the XCM team, you will own end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for high-visibility campaigns. You will partner with cross-functional teams including media, creative, insights, and business stakeholders to develop integrated marketing plans that deliver measurable business impact. Define and lead marketing strategy for assigned campaigns/programs, ensuring alignment with broader XCM portfolio objectives and business goals

Partner with media, creative, and production teams to oversee creative development and campaign execution across channels (TV, digital, OOH, social, etc.)

Own experimentation roadmaps to unlock new insights and optimize campaign performance against KPIs

Analyze campaign performance data, conduct deep dives, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

Drive cross-functional alignment with business teams, central marketing teams, and external agency partners

Identify and propose new marketing segment opportunities and scalable processes

Manage and optimize marketing investment to deliver against business objectives (RCV, OPS, customer acquisition)

We proactively plan to address current marketing segment opportunities, react to unforeseen challenges,



and partner with internal and external creative and media teams to align plans against communication briefs and flight them in a measurable way across the entire XCM portfolio.

1. years of professional non-internship marketing experience
2. years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience

Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs

Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners

Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
