About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader to lead and drive performance in an International Sales, Retention, or Collections process. The role involves managing a team, handling customer escalations, coaching advisors, and ensuring operational and performance targets are consistently achieved.

Qualifications

- Minimum SSC (10th Pass) or higher

- 3+ years of Team Leader experience in International Sales, Retention, or Collections

- Solid communication, leadership, and people management skills

- Experience handling escalation calls and resolving complex customer issues

- Proven track record of achieving performance targets and earning incentives
