Senior Manager - Business Finance

The Business Finance role is responsible for providing strategic financial insights and leading financial planning and analysis activities. The role will work closely with senior management and business leaders to drive financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and ensure the financial health of the organization.
The position will also involve close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize business performance, improve profitability, manage working capital, and align financial objectives with overall business goals.

Financial Planning & Analysis (MOP, QOP & AOP)
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Develop financial models and analyses to support growth initiatives, cost optimization, and profitability improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end financial planning and alignment with business objectives.
Conduct variance analysis and monitor financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and business targets.




Business Partnering
Act as a strategic finance partner to business units, providing financial guidance and co-owning business targets.
Develop a deep understanding of business operations to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sell-side, pricing, and category management, to align financial goals with business objectives.
Present financial results, performance metrics, and actionable business insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to improve financial performance through data-driven analysis and strategic recommendations.
Develop financial strategies to support inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
Partner with business teams to optimize working capital and improve inventory efficiency.
Analyze category performance and recommend initiatives to enhance contribution margins and overall business profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration within the finance team.
Establish effective processes and performance metrics to improve the team's efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive ownership, analytical rigor, and timely delivery of financial insights across the team.

Qualifications & Experience

CA or MBA with 4+ years of relevant experience .
Strong experience in business finance, including budgeting, ROI analysis, variance analysis, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
Demonstrated experience in revenue planning, pricing, supply chain finance, and category management.
Sound business acumen and the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
Strategic thinking and business partnering.
Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile business environment.
