Software Engineer (React Developer)
Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Graduation/Post-graduation in any relevant field (B. Tech+ preferred)
Shift Timings: Rotational Shift

Build responsive, high-performance, user-friendly web interfaces using React JS and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
Develop reusable components and front-end libraries, and manage application state using hooks, Context, Redux, or similar tools.
Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and third-party services, including AI/LLM-powered features.
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code, along with unit and integration tests, and follow version control best practices (Git).
Take ownership of features from design discussion to deployment, and mentor junior team members where required.
Collaborate with your Reporting Catalyst, designers, backend engineers, and other teams to deliver features on agreed timelines.

2 to 4 years of relevant, hands-on experience building production applications with React JS (components, hooks, state management).

- Solid fundamentals in HTML,



CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with TypeScript and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS or a component library.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and how the frontend and backend communicate.
- Working knowledge of a backend language and framework (Node.js with Express, or Python with Flask/FastAPI) for effective collaboration with API teams.
- Willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and work in rotational shifts.
- Ability to work independently and stay productive in a remote setup.
- Experience with frontend testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library) and build tools (Vite, Webpack) preferred.
- Basic exposure to Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), or CI/CD would be a plus.
- Awareness of web security basics (authentication, input validation) and of calling LLM APIs preferred.
- A GitHub portfolio or live projects showcasing your React work are strongly preferred.
