ensuring seamless user experience and data governance.- Observability & Incident Management : Establish comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting frameworks (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Grafana) to track SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets.- Lead root-cause analysis (RCA) and post-mortem reviews for operational incidents.Requirements : - Experience : 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specializing in SRE, Cloud Operations, or Systems Engineering within enterprise Microsoft environments.- Microsoft Ecosystem Mastery : Deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and SharePoint Online administration and reliability engineering.- Automation & Scripting : Proficient in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for infrastructure automation and API integrations (Microsoft Graph API).- AIOps & Observability : Hands-on experience implementing AI-driven operations, anomaly detection, and contemporary monitoring tools (Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Prometheus).- Cloud Infrastructure : Solid understanding of Azure core services, networking, security baselines, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform or Bicep).Skills/Certifications : - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified : DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, or Identity and Access Administrator Associate.- Experience utilizing Microsoft Copilot for Security or custom AI models for IT operations and incident triage.- Strong background in Agile methodologies and Service Reliability Engineering principles (CI/CD, Chaos Engineering, Error Budgeting) (ref:hirist.tech)
