Frugality is a fintech startup building products that help consumers make smarter financial decisions. We are developing solutions that simplify how people discover, compare and use financial products.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and execution-oriented intern to work closely with our founding and product teams across design, branding, digital marketing, social media and go-to-market (GTM) initiatives .

This is a hands-on opportunity to build a brand, create engaging content, execute marketing campaigns and contribute directly to the company's growth.

What You'll Work On:

Design & Branding:

- Create social media creatives, graphics, presentations, banners and marketing collateral.
- Support brand identity development and maintain consistency across digital channels.
- Develop creative concepts and visual assets for product launches, campaigns and recent features.
- Translate product ideas and financial concepts into clear, engaging visual communication.

Social Media & Content:

- Plan and manage content calendars for platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Create posts, carousels, short-form videos, Reels, captions and other digital content.
- Research fintech trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activities and relevant content opportunities.
- Develop engaging content that communicates product benefits and builds brand awareness.
- Monitor engagement, reach and audience response to improve content performance.

Digital Marketing & GTM:

- Research target audiences, customer segments, competitors and market opportunities.
- Assist in developing brand positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to support product launches and customer acquisition.
- Explore growth opportunities through social media, content marketing, partnerships and community engagement.
- Support lead generation,



campaign planning and customer engagement initiatives.
- Assist with SEO, paid campaigns and other digital marketing activities where relevant.

Analytics, AI & Optimisation:

- Track social media, website and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
- Analyse marketing metrics and recommend improvements to content and campaigns.
- Explore AI tools for research, content creation, design, video editing and marketing automation.
- Prepare periodic performance updates covering activities, results, insights and recommended actions.
- Take ownership of assigned initiatives from ideation and planning through execution and measurement.

Skills We're Looking For:

Essential Skills:

- Strong creative thinking and visual or content communication skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Canva, Figma or similar design and content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media platforms and digital content formats.
- Interest in branding, marketing, consumer products and startups.
- Ability to research, organise tasks, meet deadlines and work independently.
- Willingness to learn, experiment and take ownership with minimal guidance.

Good to Have:

- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar tools.
- Experience creating graphics, videos, Reels or social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, content marketing or performance marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, campaign metrics and marketing funnels.
- Understanding of customer segmentation, positioning and GTM strategy.
- Experience using AI tools for research, content generation, design or automation.
- Previous internships, freelance assignments, college projects, personal brands or startup experience.
- A portfolio demonstrating design, content, marketing or campaign execution.
