Role & Responsibilities :- Lead and manage Platform Engineering teams.- Design and maintain scalable, highly available AWS infrastructure.- Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based systems.- Drive cloud migration, enablement, and infrastructure optimization.- Ensure cloud security, compliance, and operational reliability.- Manage client requirements and delivery as per SoW and SLAs.- Drive cloud audits, cost optimization, and security improvements.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineering teams.Preferred Candidate Profile :- 8 - 12 years of overall experience, with 4 - 6 years in AWS DevOps.- Strong expertise in AWS architecture, administration, networking, and security.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and DevSecOps.- Expertise in Terraform and CloudFormation.- Strong Python or JavaScript coding skills.- Knowledge of AWS services: S3, EC2, RDS, EKS, ECS, Athena, and Fargate.- Experience with CloudWatch, Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, or Splunk.- Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- AWS certifications preferred.
