Role Overview

TCS is hiring a Lead – Master Data Management (MDM) to manage Employee Master Data operations across multiple locations. The role involves leading a team, ensuring data accuracy, performing reconciliations, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), managing SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Employee Central data, and driving compliance with data governance and audit standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Employee Master Data Management (MDM) operations.

- Manage a team of 15 members across multiple locations.

- Perform and review employee master data transactions.

- Handle employee data changes in SAP HCM and Employee Central (EC).

- Perform reconciliations and resolve data discrepancies.

- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues.

- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards.

- Ensure compliance with data governance, SOX, and audit requirements.





- Support stakeholders and drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 10–15 years of relevant experience.

- Master Data Management (MDM).

- SAP HCM (Mandatory).

- Employee Central (SuccessFactors EC) (Mandatory).

- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) (Mandatory).

- Reconciliation & MIS Reporting.

- MS Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.

- Knowledge of India Labour Laws (Mandatory).

- Strong stakeholder and team management skills.

- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
