We are hiring an experienced F&A; Manager to oversee multiple Finance & Accounting towers, including PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury . The ideal candidate should have strong people leadership, stakeholder management, governance and process-improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end F&A; operations across multiple towers.
- Lead and mentor teams with 10+ years of team-handling experience .
- Oversee PTP, OTC, RTR, Payroll, Project Costing and Treasury.
- Ensure smooth month-end and quarter-end close activities.
- Manage SLAs, KPIs, escalations and overall team performance.
- Lead stakeholder governance meetings across countries.
- Support statutory/internal audits, tax audits and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure SOX controls and financial compliance.
- Manage reconciliations, book closure, financial analysis and exceptions.
- Drive transformation and continuous process improvement.
- Manage client relationships, queries, ad-hoc reporting and escalations.
- Support KT/transition and BCP activities where required.
- Conduct training,
mentoring, 1:1 discussions and team huddles.
- Work with external auditors, consultants and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- 12–20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts .
- Strong experience in managing large F&A; teams.
- Excellent stakeholder and escalation management skills.
- Strong knowledge of F&A; processes and process improvement.
- Experience with multiple ERP systems.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management and governance.
- Customer-service-oriented approach.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an advantage.
- CPA, CA or CWA qualification is desirable.
Education / Qualification
Graduate / Finance Skilled with 12–20 years of relevant F&A; experience.
CPA / CA / CWA desirable.
