Job Description :

We are hiring an experienced Finance & Accounting Team Leader to lead a high-performing team supporting finance operations with a focus on Equities Market, Company Financials, and Analyst/Broker Estimates . The ideal candidate will have strong people management skills, experience handling client SLAs, and the ability to drive operational excellence and continuous process improvements.

​ Experience: 1–3 Years as Team Leader

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage a team of 15–20 Finance & Accounting professionals.

- Monitor productivity, quality, and client-defined SLAs.

- Review team performance and ensure operational targets are consistently achieved.

- Analyze work volumes and allocate resources effectively.

- Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.

- Prepare productivity reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.

- Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance reviews, and feedback sessions.





- Identify training needs and support team development.

- Participate in client meetings, operational reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

- Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, ICWA, CA, or equivalent qualification.

- 1–3 years of experience as a Finance & Accounting Team Leader.

- Robust knowledge of Equities Market, Company Financials, Analyst Reports, and Broker Estimates .

- Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, productivity, and quality metrics.

- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

Important Notes

- Locations: Kolkata / Thane

- Minimum 1–3 years of Team Leader experience in Finance & Accounting.

- Knowledge of Equities Market and Company Financials is mandatory.

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- PAN and DOB are mandatory for profile creation.
