Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Team Leader – International Voice Collections to lead a team handling B2B/B2C collections. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, analytical, and client management skills, with a proven track record of meeting collection targets and improving team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and coach collections professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize cash flow and reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

- Monitor collection metrics, aging reports, productivity, quality, and KPIs.

- Handle escalated client disputes and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, quality assessments, feedback sessions, and floor coaching.





- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices.

- Prepare performance reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management.

- Ensure adherence to client-defined targets and operational standards.

Requirements:

- 5–10 years of relevant experience, including prior team-leading experience in international voice collections.

- Solid B2B/B2C collections experience.

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

- Willingness to work from the office in Gurugram and in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts.
