Drive end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Retail, Corporate and support functions.
Support employee communication and day-to-day HR activities.
Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers and HR records.
Support HR projects related to training, performance management and employee development .
2+ years of HR experience , with solid exposure to non-IT recruitment .
- Experience in Sales / Retail / Frontline hiring will be an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS .
- Full time MBA in HR or equivalent qualification preferred.
