We are looking for an experienced BlackLine Consultant to support Finance & Accounting transformation initiatives. The role involves implementing and configuring BlackLine solutions, gathering business requirements, optimizing financial processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality ERP and financial reconciliation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and implement BlackLine solutions across finance operations.
- Manage Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journal modules.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams to design effective solutions.
- Support ERP integration and financial process optimization.
- Configure standard and custom financial reports.
- Troubleshoot application and process-related issues.
- Ensure successful project delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Provide functional support and user guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 7–10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting or ERP Consulting.
- Hands-on experience with BlackLine.
- Experience with Account Reconciliation, Task Management, and Journals.
- Knowledge of Configuration vs Customization.
- Strong ERP application knowledge.
- Strong Finance & Accounting domain knowledge.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
