TechBrein is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns that improve brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, social media marketing, campaign reporting, and performance optimisation.
Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis to improve campaign performance.
Monitor advertising budgets, campaign results, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
Test and optimise ad creatives, copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve results.
Plan and manage social media content calendars, publishing schedules, and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to develop marketing creatives and content.
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
Support SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimisation, and website traffic improvement.
Track conversions and evaluate lead quality to identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality and campaign outcomes.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising platform changes, and industry best practices.
Ensure campaigns and marketing deliverables are completed accurately and within deadlines.




Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Knowledge of campaign planning, audience targeting, budget management, and lead generation.
Ability to create, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead.
Experience in social media management, content calendar planning, and campaign execution.
Understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console.
Understanding of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and remarketing is an advantage.
Ability to analyse campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Good communication, creative thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, web developers, and sales teams.
