Role Overview

TCS is looking for a Blue Collar (TA) Hiring Manager to lead blue-collar recruitment operations for the Tata Motors Plant. The role involves managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition, stakeholder coordination, sourcing, screening, workforce planning, and team management while ensuring timely hiring, compliance with labour laws, and achievement of hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Blue Collar recruitment activities.

- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Manage multiple open positions and ensure timely closures.

- Travel to ITI institutes to build talent pipelines and conduct hiring drives.

- Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

- Manage recruitment for NAPS, NATS, and temporary workforce (preferred).

- Lead and manage a recruitment team of 15 members across multiple locations.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and hiring policies.

- Utilize SAP, MS Excel,



and Outlook for recruitment tracking and reporting.

- Deliver hiring targets within agreed SLAs and timelines.
