We are seeking a Software Engineer to help design, develop, and maintain software solutions that support Industrial Automation products and technologies. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications while leveraging modern software development practices and AI-powered engineering tools. Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications using modern engineering practices and Agile methodologies.
Contribute to the technical design, architecture, and implementation of new features, enhancements, and product capabilities.
Collaborate with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to plan, estimate, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform code reviews and help maintain high standards for quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Utilize AI-powered development and productivity tools to improve software quality, testing efficiency, and delivery outcomes.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
Create and maintain technical documentation and support engineering activities as required.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote software engineering best practices.
You collaborate effectively with diverse teams, building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals. You communicate clearly and effectively, adapting your approach to support successful collaboration and project delivery.
Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React.js.
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise-level software applications.
Experience using AI-powered software development and productivity tools.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and software architecture concepts.
Experience working across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) within Agile development environments.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Approximately 8 to 10 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Experience within the Industrial Automation domain.
Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks.
Familiarity with front-end development tools and libraries such as npm, webpack, and Material UI.
Experience designing scalable, maintainable, and high-performance applications.
Exposure to contemporary DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous delivery workflows.
