Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced German Payroll Processing professional with expertise in end-to-end payroll operations, German payroll regulations, and HRIS platforms. The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and have a strong understanding of German tax laws, social security regulations, wage types, and statutory benefits.

Key Responsibilities

- Process payroll for hourly and salaried employees according to client payroll calendars and schedules.

- Review and validate timekeeping records, payroll adjustments, and employee changes.

- Calculate and verify wages, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and applicable taxes.

- Ensure compliance with German payroll regulations, social security rules, and statutory requirements.

- Maintain accurate employee and payroll records while ensuring data confidentiality.

- Handle employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.

- Coordinate with HR teams regarding new hires, terminations, benefits, and employee data updates.

- Review payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and timely completion.

Mandatory Requirements

- 3–8 years of overall relevant skilled experience,



with 2–4 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, or HRIS platforms .

- Fluency in German is mandatory.

- Hands-on experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, Deel, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms.

- Good understanding of German tax laws, social security regulations, collective agreements ( Tarifverträge ), wage types, and statutory benefits.

- Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, validation, and analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage strict deadlines in a demanding work environment.

- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Good to Have

- Multicountry payroll exposure, including the US, Canada, UK, Switzerland, Malaysia, UAE, Saudi Arabia, or other countries.

- Experience working in a BPO or client-service environment.

Important Information

- PAN and Date of Birth (DOB) are mandatory for candidate profile creation.

- Ex-TCS employees are not eligible.

- Candidates must be comfortable working the 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM IST shift in Bangalore.
