Role Overview

We are looking for a German Language Specialist – Cards Operations to support cards-related operations, specifically Disputes & Collections . The role requires strong German written and verbal communication skills, analytical thinking, client communication, MIS reporting, and the ability to meet stringent client deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Cards Operations – Disputes & Collections activities.

- Review and analyze card-related disputes, collection cases, and supporting information.

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in German and English as required.

- Analyze operational data and identify discrepancies, trends, and potential issues.

- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and operational performance reports.

- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of assigned cases.

- Meet stringent client deliverables, SLAs, quality standards, and process timelines.

- Prepare and deliver presentations and operational updates to relevant stakeholders.

- Use MS Office tools for reporting, analysis, documentation, and presentations.





- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve operational issues.

- Maintain strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal teams.

- Follow defined process guidelines, compliance requirements, and quality standards.

- Support process improvements and contribute to overall operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–10 years of relevant professional experience.

- Solid written and verbal German language proficiency .

- Knowledge of Cards Operations, Disputes & Collections .

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

- Experience in MIS reporting and operational data analysis.

- Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to meet stringent client deliverables and timelines.

- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.

- Immediate joiners are preferred.
